Warranty / Resoling

From the leather we use being 40% stronger than cow leather to the moccasin construction, our sandals are built to last. Although your sandals will feel great out of the box, we recommend a 2 week break in period to allow the sandal to mold to your feet. Some people find the straps alittle tight at first, however this is normal. We account for stretching of straps. Often you will start on the first strap hole and stretch straps up to the third hole. If you want a faster stretch, we recommend wearing your sandals with socks to start. Don't be afraid to sweat in your sandals as this will help them mold to your feet. The straps will become more supple without losing their strength and the footbed will take on the shape of your footprint.

Due to the footbed imprinting and molding to your foot over time we offer free returns within 30 days, as long as they're unworn and unaltered.

Please contact us with any issues and we will look to get them resolved for free. We offer resoling for a small fee to extend the life of your sandal as the leather will far outlast the sole. Email us at info@wildstrideleather.com for resoling inquiries.

International Return Policy:
For all returns originating outside of the United States, we offer a full refund on the price of the sandals as long as they are unworn and unaltered. Once the returned item has been received and inspected we will issue the refund

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping through their preferred courier.
